Excellent Costco womens pallet!  Wonderful variety of brands in this one!  Lots of multi-piece sets too!

Costco pallets are a mix of liquidations / shelf pulls and returns. Sometimes pieces have paper store tags, sometimes they do not.  Pieces may have a removable liquidation sticker applied.  It should be expected that there will be pieces that are imperfect in some way.  It could be as simple as makeup on a collar, or it could be a snag, even a hole.  Some pieces could look washed.  Some could smell like perfume.  There could be a small quantity of items that you do not want to resell. Sometimes an item was a multi-piece set, and one or more pieces are missing from the set.  As you can see from the video, the stuff is really nice overall, but you should expect there will be imperfect items in the pallet.  The amount of imperfect items varies pallet to pallet.
