Costco pallets consist of new items, sometimes factory sealed in clear bags, as well as items that have been opened, in addition to returns.  The most common reason for a return is that the garment didn't fit the buyer.  Costco doesn't have fitting rooms so there is no way for people to try the merchandise on in the store.  With that being said, there will be items with some form of imperfection.  As shown in the video, there is a piece with a food stain.  Sometimes items have been worn or washed prior to return.  Depending on the type of material, an item could have a snag.  All of these types of imperfections are typically sellable, although some may require spot cleaning or laundering.  On rare occasion, an item is unsellable (ripped, hole, etc).  As you can see from the video, the condition is outstanding, but you should expect there will be some imperfect pieces.
